Dr. Dilogini Sangarathas, a Senior Lecturer at the University of Jaffna, has received numerous accolades including the A. Thurairajah Gold Medal and a 2021 University Research Grant for her work in MarTech and CRM. Her research focuses on digital marketing, gender equity, and social inclusion.
